Shredder Wearpart

Forging is a high-strength metalworking process that produces shredder blades with exceptional durability and mechanical performance, making them ideal for demanding shredding applications.

How we do the shredder blade

At our facility, we use the open die forging process—a proven metalworking method—to produce high-performance shredder blades. This technique shapes heated metal between flat or simple dies without full enclosure.

Key benefits of open die forging:

Enhanced structural integrity: Forging refines the grain structure, increasing strength, impact resistance, and wear life. For example, round bars are squared for single-shaft blades, while cylindrical billets are flattened for stronger dual-shaft blades.

Design flexibility: Without closed-die limits, we can customize blade sizes and shapes for diverse shredding applications.

After forging, each blade is precisely machined and heat-treated to meet strict hardness and dimensional standards. The result is a durable, high-performance blade built for tough working conditions.

For industries seeking reliable and cost-effective shredder and pulverizer blades, our open die forging process delivers trusted results

1. Drawing Confirmation
We start by confirming the drawings. Once the deposit is received, we will convert production drawings based on the customer’s sample or technical files.

2. If Only Samples Are Provided
If there are no drawings, we will analyze the sample to measure thickness, hole diameter, spacing, and cutting edge design, and confirm the processing method.

3. Application Scenarios
(1) Does the material contain stone or metal?
(2) Is there organic or mixed waste?
(3) What hardness is needed, or what do we recommend?

4. Logo Customization
Do you need a logo? Let us know the method (laser, engraved) and placement
