Now has two 100% self-owned production bases, The bases are respectively located in Ningbo and ChiZhou China. The standardized factory building covers an area of 4,000 square meters, and the production workshop covers an area of 3,000 square meters. It is equipped with 1 1,000-ton, 2 600-ton and 4 200-ton friction presses to ensure the production of forgings of various sizes.
In combination with our local processing plants to process forgings, we maintain strict quality standards. The annual output of forgings reaches more than 20,000 tons.
We cooperate with various water-based material factories to ensure high-quality forgings manufacturing, and can also provide customers with the most cost-effective product customization solutions.

WearpartsMFG’s main machining base in Ningbo has a standardized factory area of 6,000 square meters and a production and processing workshop of 3,000 square meters.

The base is equipped with 25 three-axis machining centers and 20 four-axis machining centers, several grinders and lathes to ensure the precision manufacturing of various wear parts.
In addition, the base also has a dedicated testing laboratory for quality inspection and material verification.

With low production factor costs and efficient management, we provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions to global partners.

Product Quality Is Lifeline Heat Treatment

Our heat treatment process is supported by long-term cooperation with DaSan, a leading domestic heat treatment supplier.

The Dasan team has many years of experience and is good at advanced heat treatment of various casting and forging materials to meet the strict requirements of domestic and foreign customers.

The factory is equipped with high-frequency quenching production lines and other modern equipment to ensure that every part we deliver has stable quality, consistent hardness and excellent wear resistance.

We strictly follow standardized production processes and implement a three-stage inspection system: first-piece, in-process, and final inspections. This ensures near 100% quality checks throughout manufacturing.
